Powerful search and filtering options are available to quickly find the products of interest.

Authorized customers see 'their' prices and discounts according to NAV setup, as well as real-time stock availability.

The Shopping Cart page displays the products being ordered.

Totals and VAT are calculated according to your NAV setup. Multiple currencies and shipping addresses are supported.

Warnings are issued if the customer has overdue invoices or there is no remaining credit limit.

Unauthorized customers (if enabled) fill in their details during the checkout process.

Customers can follow up on order statuses in the Order History page. Draft orders are available here for approving, amending, or deleting.

Orders in progress and Drafts are shown by default, and you can also view the full list of previous orders.

Customers can easily repeat their orders by copying the contents to the Shopping Cart.

The Financials page displays all the posted financial documents (e.g. invoices, payments) from Dynamics NAV.

Only open transactions are shown by default, and you can also view the full list of historical transactions.

The visibility of this page is configured per user.

The system provides an in-line content management capability to easily add your custom content to any page.

The editor is activated by clicking "Edit this page" on any page.

You can add formatted text, hyperlinks, images and downloadable content, as well as create new pages.

This is naturally available to the administrative users only.

Dynamics NAV - Item Card Extensions

With Select Solution E-Commerce, the Item card in Dynamics NAV is extended with a new section used for e-commerce purposes.

It is easy and straight-forward to fill in. In fact, all the fields are optional, and items can be sold on-line without filling in any of these fields.

You fill in the fields to enhance and extend the information about your products.

In Dynamics NAV, it is a person or Contact that is authorized for on-line purchases. The Contact is linked to a Customer.

Passwords are generated with a one-click function, and a welcome e-mail is delivered to the customer straight from Dynamics NAV.

New customers sign-ups are supported too. When a prospective customer has submitted a form via E-Commerce, you can create all the necessary records in Dynamics NAV with a single click.

You receive and process the web orders on the Web Orders page. After visual reviewing and ensuring there are no human errors, you convert it to NAV Sales Order with a one-click function.

There are also additional processing options available, like splitting off the backorder if you are out of stock, e-mail notifications about order changes, or rejecting the order completely.
